1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on our website are digital eBooks delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the instant and automatic delivery system, cancellation policies differ from physical product stores.

2. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

Orders may be canceled only if the digital product has not yet been delivered.

Since our system delivers eBooks within 5–10 minutes after successful payment, cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.

If the product has already been delivered (download link generated or email sent), cancellation is not possible.

3. After Delivery

Once a digital product has been:

  • Delivered via download link, or
  • Sent to the customer’s email address

The order is considered completed and cannot be canceled.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours.
  • After verification, we may cancel the duplicate order and issue a refund (if applicable).

5. Payment Issues

If your payment fails or remains pending:

  • The order will not be processed.
  • No digital product will be delivered.
  • You may place a new order once payment is successfully completed.

6. Technical Errors

If a technical error prevents you from accessing your purchased eBook:

  • Contact our support team with your order details.
  • We will resend the download link or resolve the issue promptly.
